Tillerson on Saudi Weapons
Donald Trump's Sec. of State Nominee won't speak out even against the use of cluster bombs by the Saudis in Yemen. At his confirmation hearing Rex Tillerson merely said he thinks the U.S. should work with the Saudi for better targeting. This would minimize "collateral damage". Collateral damage is the banal phrase for the murder and mangling of civilians in war.
